Product Description

Tiptree Blackberry Jelly, 12 Ounce is Tiptree blackberry jelly, 12oz from Wilkin & Sons of Essex, made with fruit grown on the company's own English farm.

Product Highlights & Features

How it is used: Blackberry jelly on toast and scones, and traditionally alongside game and lamb - British hedgerow fruit used both ways.
What a jelly is: A jelly is strained clear during making, so the fruit solids are removed and only the set juice remains. That is why British jellies are firm, glossy and clear, and why redcurrant and mint jellies are served with meat rather than spread on toast.
Tiptree since 1885: Wilkin & Sons has made preserves at Tiptree in Essex since 1885, using fruit grown on its own English farm, and has held a Royal Warrant since 1911.

About Tiptree: Wilkin & Sons has made preserves at Tiptree in Essex since 1885, still using fruit grown on its own English farm. It has held a Royal Warrant since 1911, currently to King Charles III.

Wilkins BlackBerry Jelly

I struggle to get hold of this and I have now found a good deal on Verified, my package of 6 pots of jam arrived quickly and in pristine condition . The packing of my jams was excellent and I was totally pleased with my order.

Taste and consistency.

Lovely taste and not too runny.

Still great

Used for years still Great taste

Tastes fantastic and has no seeds!

Really a delight to eat. Full of natural flavour and good for vision being a dark fruit! Couldn't get a better "six pack" anywhere. Should last 'till next crop comes in!

Lovely jam shame about the price

I love blackberry jam so I bought the jar. It’s lovely but very pricey. I normally make my own but can’t find blackberries at the moment

The jelly is very good.

I enjoyed the jelly very much. It is hard to find in my area. I was glad to get it on Verified.

Delicious BlackBerry Jelly

I am very happy with this jelly. Wonderful flavor, great texture & I feel like I’m eating blackberry jelly freshly made. I’m very happy with this purchase. I will be purchasing more from this vendor. I’ve already purchased their apricot & it too is great. I don’t know how to explain it but there is an elegance to this jelly.

As always a delicious product from Tiptree, great for baking with as well as on a home made scone, Yummy!!

Delicious jelly loved by my whole family

Packed and wrapped very well and shipped next day. No broken jars or dented lids. This brand is very good and we love eating this with biscuits, pancakes, crumpets, crepes, and English muffins. My kiddos love it and they are picky eaters.

Great jelly

Love this stuff. Great taste and high quality.

Simply delicious

Very delicious, goes well with peanut butter or by itself on toast. Seedless. My husband loves this brand, not to sweet or tart.

Expensive tastes

Love the product which is unexpectedly in short supply hence high price presumably?

Yummy!

I bought this to enhance my Christmas red cabbage recipe. It has a lovely flavour. It is also delicious on homemade scones.
