Tasty

I've been using this for years to make 'tandoori' chicken. I mix this with some yogurt, coat the chicken (we prefer chic thighs), let sit for about 1/2 hour, and cook on a grill. Yummy!

Excellent authentic flavor

Used on boneless skinless chicken thighs, marinated overnight for stronger flavor. After baking I put under the grill for a couple of minutes to get that nice charred tandoori effect. Delicious. Have bought before and will continue to purchase on auto delivery.

Slather on a roasting chicken

A great tandoori paste, which my local grocery stores no longer carry. Rub it on a whole chicken before roasting. Delicious.

I love a good curry. I buy Thai curry paste at the Asian market and use it all the time, but never knew I could make delicious Indian dishes at home with as much ease. I'm hooked and I'm hoarding this stuff. Chop up anything, throw it in your crockpot with this stuff and you'll be in heaven by three time you come home from work and the smell of wafting down the hall to greet you. If they ever stop selling it I'll have a panic attack because I can't do without it now.
