Just perfect. Couldn't find it anywhere nearby. Love Pataks curry pastes.

I have tried a few others as it not always easy to find this brand, and this one is far better tasting. I usually add coconut cream and a touch of agave for a Thai flavor profile and use it on veggies, beans and chicken; alone or in a stew.

Very tasty and gives Indian food that yummy flavor. You only need a small amount and can be added to soups or vegetable dishes.

This is my go-to curry paste. It has excellent flavor, but not too much heat for me. I can always add more heat, but can't remove it.

This is my favorite curry paste that I have used for years. It was very difficult to obtain here as , sadly, the store where I used to buy it closed , and the regular markets did not seem to carry it anymore, but was happy to find it on Verified! I just wanted to say that it was packed very well, with bubble wrap in a nice size box, and it arrived in perfect condition! (yay!) I was worried about ordering on line, but it arrived just fine! If you are a fan of Indian food, but are unsure of the spices, this can be very helpful to create a delicious dish. I often use this as a spice base and add some other fresh spices like Garlic, Ginger, fresh coriander... If you have never tried it, you might be pleasantly surprised. Recommend!

Honestly I was surprised by the taste, it's very good. I was scared that it might be damaged when it'll arrive at my house but not everything was nicely pack with a double layer of bubble wrap.

I only use Pataks brand. It’s absolutely the best, rich flavor and savory.

I’ve been buying this stuff for years. A tablespoon will flavor a curry for 2-4 people. It is pretty oily which I like. Nice flavor and if you like it more spicy get the hot version.

I love this paste. It’s a concentrate that you can add your own fresh veggies and twist to. It is SO much better than the premade sauces. It is just as convenient but with so much more flavor

Really fixes up a dish of curry type food; cauliflower with onion and potato and coconut curry. Then put the mild mango pickle on the side. These are not too hot unless you are my 95 year old American mother who eats bland food. Real hot stuff does not allow one to taste the other flavors. These are good for most people, great if you are not totally timid.

This curry paste is my favorite! Just add coconut milk, or water and then get creative from there! Chicken, raisins, almonds, onions- whatever! I am upset the price has doubled lately though!

This is a staple in my household. Fantastic spice flavor. We've developed our own recipe with it over the years and its great

brown 1 chopped onion in a pan
add a couple cloves of chopped garlic
add about a 2 tsps of micro-grated fresh ginger
add a couple of chicken breasts cut in to 1" chunks (or an equal amount of cut up chicken thighs which I think is better)
cook for a couple mins
add a medium can of crushed tomatoes
add a couple cups of chicken stock
simmer till cooked and liquid is reduced to a nice thick curry consistency

I use this product whenever I make maple glazed chicken in a cream curry sauce. It is a staple in my pantry. Difficult to find here in the US. But Verified came through! Great flavor. Not too spicy.

Unfortunately one jar had the safety seal broken. It leaked out during transport. Grateful the jar itself was not broken. Shop made the effort to bubble wrap the jars. I would encourage them to add more bubble wrap or the aid pocketed stuff to both side of the box enveloping the jar would be better. I used this mild curry paste when my kids were teens. We all loved it. I’m going to add more veggies this time with ground ham be for what I refer to as Kerman Matar. I’m not sure what it is called but it looked and taste like Keenan Matar from our favorite Indian restaurant.

Delicious. Very cuminy, and it adds a lot to a dish. I use it more like a complex seasoning, and I’ll be ordering more when I eventually run out.

My wife has been using this for several years but she has to drive a ways to get it around here. It is so convenient to get it online. A good quality product that my wife loves to use when she is making curry dishes for us. She does not like spicy foods and so this is perfect for her.

When you make your rice place 1 large teaspoon in billing water with one teaspoon of butter and salt, make rice you won't forget - very good - keep refrigerated after opening.

I have ordered this several times as I love a good curry and this paste is delicious and easy to make. 3 Tablespoons of this paste will season a meal for 5 and get it plenty spicy. Jar keeps in fridge for months as I have never had to throw any out. Tastes just as good 60 days later. Makes great Dal! I always have this in my kitchen now. 5 Stars.

Can’t find this in many stores and it is often sold out. My 11 year old grandson loves it- we use the recipe on the jar- onion, diced tomato and chicken- add the paste. Could be thickened with corn starch if you wanted thicker sauce. Serve over rice. Love the curry flavor.
Be careful removing jars from any packing- mine came securely wrapped in bubble wrap- and when removing the wrap, one of the kids popped off!

I've been using this brand of curry for years. It has great flavor and the right amount of spice. My kids eat a variety of cuisine and they love this flavor- with or without coconut milk.

Wonderful, spicy and easy to use.

This was my first purchase of this product, and of curry paste in general. I didn't realized it was made in oil, and I eat a WFPBNO diet, so that was disappointing. I put the amount needed for the recipe in a bowl on paper towels, and then blotted the top with paper towels (like you do with pizza) and soaked out a lot of the oil and used it anyway. The curry tasted GREAT and if you're not concerned about oil, I highly recommend this product. I'll be searching for a non-oil curry paste myself.

Price .... too much , can get at supermarket for half !
