ASTOUNDING HONEY!

I ordered this honey on a whim after seeing Paul Hollywood make a steam pudding with Heather Honey. It is a fragrant, full-flavored honey like no other I have ever tasted. I almost hate to post this for fear that the next time I order it, I will see the dreaded words- "Back Ordered." I'm off to re-order right now! xxjudy

Truly delicious with a rich complex flavor. I actually bought it because of its proven medicinal qualities. Honey made from Heather flowers has been clinically proven to reduce and inhibit certain types of bacteria - even above regular honey. I’m allergic to antibiotics, so I use this honey topically… but couldn’t resist tasting it! Lol

Good Stuff

The Flavor is great !Light and airy, yet full of wonderful flavors,

Almost too good

Unbelievably flavorful. Only possible downside is the aftertaste lingers. It smells good, but strong. It stains your senses with its goodness for 10 minutes or more.

The best heather honey!

Wonderful flavor and texture…our favorite !

Great taste

Great taste and texture. I didn’t last long at my house.

It's an expensive treat...

...but worth it. Just use it sparingly, and make it last! This has lovely flavor, and spreads wonderfully on toast and muffins. Love it!

Yummy!

So yummy! Price increased :(

Unusual Honey

I'm on my second jar of this Scottish Heather Honey. It is creamy, thick and delicious. It has a distinct flavor, obviously different from local honey. It is also a different color than local honey, which is golden. Heather honey is light in color. My only qualm about this product is the price. The first jar was high, but it keeps going up. It will soon outprice me.

Good taste

Good flavor

cool properties

nice

You need to get this

The heather flavor is wonderfully strong. The honey is nice & thick. It's been put on homemade bread & into tea. Both came out very tasty

The Best Honey

This honey has a beautiful floral flavor I have tasted in no other honey.

Great product

One of the best I’ve tried! Tastes like home...

Worth it!!

Pricey, but worth it. Peppery and fragrant.

Wonderful flavor

Wonderful honey! Very glad I splurged on it. Was feeling like splurging, and recently got hold of a couple recipes calling for heather honey.I haven't used this in tea, as I no longer drink sweetened tea. But it did make a lovely Cranachan, and I have plans to make the other recipe calling for this.

Scotland Honey

Found this on a trip to Scotland and love it. So glad I can continue to order when I run out.

Delicious!!

Delicious!! Used it to make Cranachan. Definitely can taste the heather!!

Tastes like Honey from my childhood

When I was a child my mom used to go to a health food store (rare in those days) owned by a European man. She used to buy imported teas and honey. She was into all natural in the 1960s, before anyone in the US thought of it. This Heather Honey tastes like the Honey my mom used to buy from that store. It brought back fond memories of how Honey really should taste. I like the less sweet, more earthy flavor. I actually ate some out of the jar (a small bit) on a teaspoon. Can't wait to spread some on an English muffin! Yum!

excellent

Was a gift , my husband loves it!

Excellent service

Husbands morning toast

Make sure lids secure

Honey good for colds and sore throat.Lid not secured enough so a slight leak

Five Stars

wonderful honey...worth the cost

Taste

Not keen on taste otherwise good

Five Stars

Great

and it's amazing.

This honey really doses have a different tast then any other honey I've ever had, and it's amazing.

Use with tea!

This is so good with Scottish breakfast tea perfect together.I also use this in baking but rarely as it's a little costly for that.

REAL, UNCUT, SCOTTISH HEATHER HONEY!!!!

I made my first ever batch of mead from this honey. Scottish Heather honey mead. I could smell the heather as it was fermenting, it still carries the scent of heather now, as it is ageing. I have friends who are looking forward to drinking it with me when it's aged sufficiently. If they like it, I'll be buying more,... lots more.It is a bit expensive - but it is REAL Scottish Heather honey, uncut - no corn syrup added to it or any of that junk - so it is a top-quality product, whether you're eating it, using it in baking, or brewing with it. In short - it is worth it.

Yummy!

It was a gift. She loved it.
